COVID-19 Quarantine Mental Health Assistance Options

We are all trying to cope with a new way to get through each day. We have questions about when we will get back to a normal existence. At Surf Broadband we want to help keep you connected to the world, and realize that some of us need to seek help. Now, more than ever, is a time to be aware of national and local lifelines for your mental health needs. Below are several options to keep handy for yourself or someone you know that needs to talk to someone who can help.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline:

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States. The Lifeline is a national network of over 150 local crisis centers, combining custom local care and resources with national standards and best practices. The Lifeline is for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources, and best practices for professionals. This line would also include the Veteran Crisis Line for veteran-specific mental health support.
